It could be over-washing. You could be washing out all the natural oils and your hair could be making too many to compensate.

1. Make sure that your sleeping pillows are clean because that could make your hair oily.
2. Try to wash your hair not so often, because washing them often is making them oily.
3. Try to don't touch hair everytime (if you are doing that)
I don't know that is just some tips that helped me :)

Hm I think gretel had some good tips. Try to get your hair used to not being washed. Wear it up when it's oily:)

Again, just so you're aware, oil dissolves oil. A shampoo with an oil like Tea Tree Oil should help combat the oil produced by your scalp. But I do agree, try to wash your hair a lot less.

I use biocare for my greasy and my oily hair, it also helps with frizzies and such and works perfect, but its more on the expensive side.

Hmm twice a day is way too much, but I like lush's rehab shampoo it helps oily roots while helping dry ends of hair (thats what the lady told me) rehab also has a lot of good oils in it! and try to wash your hair less??
