smash box photo finish (I believe tht is the name) is an amazing primer. as long as you have a great primer and a covering concealer- use your normal foundation

hour glass mineral veil is an amazing primer that has spf and is waterproof. as for foundation if you're asking about liquid then dior nude foundation-- amazing coverage and feels light and does not look like a mask it looks amazing.

Definitely go with makeup forever hd primer and foundation, and since I am sure you're going to be taking a lot of pictures, your skin will look flawless in them with this foundation! Also happy birthday! Have a good one :)

Bb cream works as a primer and really evens your skin tone(if you use a good one). I don't use liquid foundation, I use too faced bb cream and then Mac studio fix powder overtop.
