Ooooh controversy. Okay don't hate me, but I don't like any of them. Don't get me wrong, Urban Decay eyeshadows are literally my favorite. But I don't wear neutrals enough for my Naked palette to be worth it to me. They're nice and all, if you're into that, but for me they're a total waste.

Yeah I'd have to agree as well , I like certain colors out of them but as a palette I kinda feel like I wasted my money a bit

Totally agree with Hannah. Browns and greys just...aren't my thing.

Well I don't have any of the naked palettes. I know I would also use half the palette if I did. And the naked 3 palette is too "pinky" for my taste. The naked 2 again I'd probably only use half the palette lol

I don't have one of them too, but I think 2 will be my favorite!

I love brown & rosey colours.. I find they help bring out my eye colour a lot. so I guess then my favorite palettes would be 1 & 3. I own the third, & I do love it. I just wish the palette was more versatile. I find myself often reaching for other palettes as well.
I do love Urban Decay, but I think I'll be investing in other palettes before buying another Naked.

I have the Naked, the Naked Basics and a few singles. I absolutely hate them. I actually hate Urban Decay eyeshadows period.
I grew up using ELF and Maybelline quads, basically whatever my mom would graciously buy me. Urban Decay was my first "high end" eyeshadow brand I ever used so it was really all I knew. The colors always looked really muddy on me and I had difficulty blending them out, but I just assumed it was supposed to look like that.
Recently I invested in six Makeup Geek eyeshadow pans and a Z-Palette to store them in. Best purchase ever. They are DOUBLE the pigment of Urban Decay (no lie), blend like a dream, and last all day long.
They are only $5.99 for the pan and $7.99 for the compact. Less than half for $18 for an Urban Decay single.
Makeup Geek blows Urban Decay out of the water. I sanitized my Naked palettes and now use them in my pro kit, but only when girls request me to use them because they are apart of the "Naked" cult.

They all look the same to me even with their "different hues"

None of them. I own NAKED3, returned NAKED1, and NAKED2 didn't seem worth it. Even NAKED3 is starting to bore me because the colors are to similar. Neutrals aren't really my thing, I prefer colors honestly so the Vice2 palette and brands like Sugarpill are more up my ally.

I'm in total agreement with Hannah. I adore UD and own multiple palettes from them. They are my favorite eyeshadow by far. But I don't want any of the three. I have so many neutrals in all the other palettes I have that I think it would be a waste of my money to buy one. I have similar colors for probably every single color in one and two. And 3 does not impress me at all. I am probably one of the very few people that doesn't like rose gold. I think the packaging on naked 3 is kind of ugly actually lol. I'm honestly over this "naked" trend. Have been for a long time now. I'm ready for something new. Neutrals are fine for everyday because they're usually quick and easy but I wish people and companies would stop pushing it and dwelling on it. Bring on the glitter or something!! lol.

This thread is so interesting because usually everyone goes nuts over them. I have 1 and 3 but 2 might be my favorite. I know it sounds strange but I think its just because it's the only one I don't have so I'm not bored of it yet.

I have all of them and find myself going back to them every single time. I don't always use colors from one palette sometimes ill mix it up but for the most party I can do many different looks with just one palette. My favorite would probably be the original since I love my warm neutrals.

I actually really like naked 1 just because I find the colors suit me and make my eyes pop. I also like it because I use the neutrals with my colors from other palettes. as one of my first real good quality eyeshadow palettes. I think it was a good investment for me. I like naked 2 and even got it for my mom but its not the best. I wouldnt get myself one. and the naked 3 seems like a total waste to me.

I also have naked basics just because I love mattes.

I think it really depends on how you wear them an what you prefer with colors. I personally love the naked 2 but I also get a lot of use from them and they look good on me. But I could definitely see how people wouldn't like them: they don't look good on all skin tones or eyecolors.

Amelia if you think you'll like them and use them then definitely go for it!! Urban Decay is a great brand and the quality is top notch. A lot of people really love them and with good reason, they ARE good quality. But if you have a huge collection of neutrals already like a lot of girls here including myself have mentioned, after a while they can be a little underwhelming is all lol. You should go to Ulta or Sephora and check them out in person, you may fall in love with one of them! But also check out the Lorac Pro palette because you'll also get matte shades too. Ultimately it's what you want! They are good products, I just think after 3 and then a basics palette that people are a little worn out on them. But that doesn't mean it can't be new and exciting for you :)

Personally I find them a little overrated when I'm trying to create a eyelook you have to apply quite a lot of product to get satisfying outcome :) but everyone has personal opinion , they are pretty colours but just not for me :)

Now, I only own 1&3, because I can't justify owning 1 and 2 because they are just too similar. But I really can't go wrong with my Naked 1 palette. All the colors are very pigmented, blend like a dime, and flatter me more. No matter what look I do with it, I'm always pleased. Whereas, there are some looks in Naked 3 that I've tried and I haven't been happy with. Don't get me wrong, I love my Naked 3 palette because it's gorgeous, but there are some hit and miss shadows (dust and burnout) that really disappoint me. That's unlike my Naked 1 palette! I just can't go wrong with the original!
