Try revlon color burst matte in shameless. Or maybelline vivids has a bright purple as well.

MAC Heroine. You can also buy the lipstick shade you want & make it matte. The Rihanna one being referred to above was limited edition, but a dupe for that is MAC's Up The Amp or Revlon's Berry Haute both which aren't matte. Check out the website colouredraine.com, they have a few purple shades.
