You might want to just put on some face powder while in the bathroom when it starts looking oily, or get something for oily skin like moisturizer!! I have the exact same problem.

Use powder in stone if you don't want your face look oily. And about acne you should go to dermatologist because he or she will knew best :-)

I don't moisturize at all before putting makeup on, I just clean my face well to get rid of the oils in my pores. when I have finished putting on my liquid foundation I pat my face all over with a tissue to soak up excess oil.
I also suggest buying a matte foundation (I use Maybelline's Dream Matte Mouse) and it feels like powder when its applied, and I just put powder over that and my face stays oil free!
I know having oily skin is a pain and it makes it hard to buy different products but I live in Australia where its mid summer and 35-45 degrees celcius and my oily skin is staying oil free :)

I just bought the Rimmel Stay Matte foundation and it works great for oily/combination skin :)

I have oily skin and from my experiences this is what works (for me)
I use apple cider vinegar mixed with water as a toner and it makes my skin dry. My foundation is oily (I guess that's how you describe it) so everything works out.
Throughout the day if my face gets oily I just use oil-blotting sheets and they keep me matte.
Good luck! :-)
