Do not use heat!!😁😁only tip that has worked for me! I did this and my hair grew a lot! I did it last summer and by December it was to my belly button.! It grew a lot considering it was a little but past my shoulders! 😉goodluck👍👍

Doing hot oil treatments with coconut oil did so much for my hair, I used to dye my hair every week and it eventually burned off, now my hair is growing thanks to scalp massages with coconut oil, and no heat learn which products work with your hair

Don't cut it ever.. Trim a little 1-2 a year that's how my hair grew out and it's long and healthy.

And of course condition it meaning use a mask or a leave in condition or hair oil like Moroccan oil or something...
