I've been threading my eyebrows for a few years now and at a point I kept thinning them out. Finally I let them grow, and they were perfect then I went to a new place and my eyebrows were so thin and now certain spots aren't growing :( any tips will be appreciated.

My mom put castor oil on her eyebrows and they grew back really quickly. I also messed up my eyebrow once and I put castor oil on it and it grew back to normal in less than a week, so I say give castor oil a try.
