So, I'd like to get acrylics w some design or bow or something. I always just get white tips. Can I bring in a photo or how do you describe what you want?

You can either one.. They might charge a bit more extra though (:

You can do either. they don't charge any extra here in nc.

You can bring in a photo & show them & they should be able to do it. just remember that they will charge you extra for colors & more difficult designs. also keep in mind that you might have to tweek the colours or design a little based on what they have available.
I usually just look at the colours & designs they have & match them up how I like it if I haven't seen something online that I like better.
