Need a primer that makes my makeup last all day.
And which way is the best way to apply it?

I would recommend Smashbox's Photo Finish Primer & setting your make-up with a setting spray like Urban Decay's All Nighter.

You would apply the primer after your moisturizer & apply the setting spray after you've applied all of your make-up :)
