I used to have curly bouncy hair , but I started using heat on it a lot & now I've lost curls. How , what should I use to get them back??

It's not much you can do for heat damaged curls. You can try a protein treatment, but more than likely you'll have to live with it or cut off the damaged curls. Look up how to fix heat damaged curly hair.
