Put your hair in a loose curl low ponytail to the side. Or just curl it and place it on the right side :)

With a one shoulder, something on the side with nothing would be gorgeous. You could do a nice sleek bun that has no curl and make it really big to have a dramatic look. Or something a little more tame with a soft curly bun on the side. I once did an awesome curled over the shoulder pinned half up style on a girl with a one shoulder dress for prom. I'll make that my attached picture so you can see :]
