I have natural red hair but I do not burn. I am able to tan and I have freckles at all. I also have blue eyes. Is this normal?

It is also winter where I am at and it's the middle of winter. I still have tan lines from summer.

I still have tan lines from summer too! I know its not from me going to them after that timing because I haven't worn the same bikini since. I think its normal.
