I really like how you did that eyeliner but you need to clean up the shadow a little bit, it just looks messy. I would just take the crease up a little higher on the end. And your eyebrows aren't even bad! I wish I had eyebrows lol I over plucked mine

And also I don't think you should do the white all the way across the waterline, maybe like a silver or gold but only in between you liner on the ends, not all the way across... But it does look good:)
