Hair Static.

When I straighten my hair, which isn't all that often/randomly throughout the winter, I get static like crazy! Is there anything I could use to help my hair not get all static-y? Not necessarily hair spray, unless it's a super light hold, but anything that I can use before or after. When I switch to sulfate free shampoo will that help as well? Thank you! :o)
