Ok soo I have brown hair with thin blonde highlights and its naturally a little frizzy (nothing a little friz ease won't fix) but if I were to go full blonde would it fry my hair bad? I finally have it grown to a longer length and would hate to ruin it.

I think it would but I'm not sure

Well bleaching is very bad for your hair! Dying it is just bad. You can do it but really no matter what you do dying, bleaching, etc. is just naturally bad for your hair.

If you do it you should go to a professional, it will be expensive but it will be worth it, I've made this mistake and it cost me almost all my length of my hair, just play it safe

You would be lifting at least 4 levels from what I can tell and than to get it platinum you would need to tone it. I would suggest getting at least an inch taken off after the service. The color you want would also be a lot of upkeep with toning when it gets brassy and toning can really dry your hair out.

^I agree with everything Ember said except for the toning drying your hair out. The best toner in the world is the Wella Color Charm T18 Toner (Lightest Ash Blonde) it completely lifts any gold or brassy tones and keeps everything nice and platinum. Not to mention how soft it makes your hair! Not drying at all. I would also invest in a purple shampoo, Clairol Shimmer Lights is what I use and it keeps the brass at bay :)

^Really? Maybe it's because I keep my hair white and not just platinum. Most toners dry my hair out pretty bad including that one.

@Ember do you bleach yourself or go to a pro? & do you use treatments on your hair? Sally's has these deep conditioning packets by Hask they're Argan Oil treatments I believe and they work so well. My hair has been damaged by multiple bleachings and between using those treatments and swapping shampoos my hair is almost completely repaired. If you ever go into Sally's I would give them a try, they're about $2 and in a purple packet. Just in case you have any damage :)

Hah damage is not the word for my hair. I'm in a cosmetology class so I alternate between doing it myself and having someone in my class do it. I use a lot of masks and treatments but they are meant to protect the hairs integrity so it doesn't break off and it doesn't really make it soft but I'll definitely pick a few of those up.

Actually I have bleached my hair many many times somewhere in the 20's for the past 3-4 years and dyed it multiple unnatural colors and natural colors and my hair is still in my head. Yes it is damaged but if you follow the manufactures instructions you are going to be fine.
