Well honestly I'm not sure I use it occasionally and it makes my skin feel nice but when I take it off I have maybe a tiny bit less red skin and maybe it's a tiny bit more soft? I don't see dramatic results although I don't use it regularly maybe I should.

Yes! I like to mix oatmeal or cinnamon with it. Cinnamon is supposedly good for acne and oatmeal for redness.
