I wear it for the pure enjoyment I get out of wearing makeup it has been what I was into since I was a very little girl. It's kind of a part of me it's not that I don't feel confident without makeup. I don't feel like myself it's a huge part of my life in my eyes.I see it as being my future career.

Honestly, because I don't like my bare face anymore. I used to be the most confident girl in the world before I started wearing makeup. Six years later and I can't stand my face without it. I feel like I need it to look okay now, I lost all my confidence when I began wearing a full face of makeup everyday because I convinced myself that that's the only way I can be beautiful.

I feel I have worked hard enough for my career (10 years in engineering which took a lot of money, patience n effort lol), so I kind of deserve to spend my money on myself, and makeup enables me to do that :) :) so these days, the reason to wear makeup is basically to practice & practice n to use all my new stuff :)

I don't if my skin looks really good but it is nice to be able to cover blemishes when they are present. I also love being able to capture different time periods and looks with just a few changes or technique or color. You don't feel the same day to day so why should you have to look the same?

See I never wore makeup because I was never introduce by it nobody in my house wore makeup,assigns I recently I start it collecting makeups for about 6yrs collecting makeups and I said to me now that I'm old I need to start using it well this couple months and I have to find this site BL and I saw all the pretty ladies here and how you girls help eachother like a family so I just desided to be beautiful for me and my BABE, because I still want him to see that I want to improve my beautiness or what ever you spell it that's it.

I love it. I don't do it because people expect me to or to feel more confident, I just love creating something new everyday and it also helps express what type of mood I'm in. Its a passion of mine and I feel like I'm almost missing something from me. Since I was a little girl I've always been interested in it, the fact that it enhances natural beauty or can make you look like a different person fascinates me. When I am upset or stressed out I zone out and go do my makeup, it seriously calms me down. I would probably even consider it one of my favorite hobbies.

Also because now that I'm 42yrs I see now that I have discoloration because I wear glasses,my face is now oily and my face was never in my oily,my eyebrows I'm losing Tha hair on them,you know signs of aging etc.and I hope I'm not disrespectful to all the family of BL,plus I saw Shi Mami Bellisimas ladies and different makeups styles that I just desided to try and learn makeup,see I don't even know on how to do a simple eyeliner the basics for any beginners but I don't know how to, but I'm willing to learn,I want to look nice,pretty,Bellisima etc.but I was never insecure never just that I just want to learn so that I can have and see a change I'm me.

Since joining BL it has opened my eyes to lots of possibilities and I found myself stepping out of my comfort zone.
