Mine goes as following;
1. Always use a separate and clean brush to blend eyeshadow... If you don't it just mucks up the colors...
2. Bronzed is not a contouring agent due to the warm undertones...
3. Do t over exxagerate your lip line...nuff said...

Use bronzer on both sides of the nose for a slimmer look.
Keep the forehead light to make it look smaller.
Applying lotions or moisturizures allows the makeup to last
longer.
Spraying a light coat of hairspray also lets makeup stay longer.
Run out of blush on a short notice, use a pink or red lipstick and smear a little on the cheerbone. Rubbing it in along the bone.

1. Match foundation to your neck. If you're regularly applying foundation down your neck, you're using the wrong shade.
2. If you're going to use false lashes, make sure you trim them to fit your eye length. Wearing lashes too long can make your eyes look downturned at the outer corners, not to mention, look unnaturally full at the inner corners.
3. Drawing on too heavily arched brows can make a face look older and or cartoonish. Go ahead and lightly fill them in, but try to keep to your natural brow shape. And "boxing" them at the inner corners just looks harsh & weird.
4. Contouring your face the same way everyone else is a mistake. Examine your face & figure out what you are trying to accomplish. For eg. I do the hollow of the cheeks & sides of the nose because I want to slim my cheeks & nose, but I don't apply contour on the sides of forehead because my face is already oval there. Instead I shade the middle of my forehead to make that area visually recede.
5. Wearing too much bronzer is not attractive. It looks fake and like you're trying too hard. Try finding an appropriate shade for your skintone. Try asking someone that you don't know whose makeup you admire for an honest opinion.

Here's a bonus tip. Wearing a white liner on the inner waterline looks artificial. Its fine for photos, but for real life, a peach or nudish color looks more natural. You want people to say how bright and wide-awake your eyes looks not "nice white eyeliner".
