Maybelline Baby Skin works great as a primer, and Lumene makes the best BB cream I've ever tried. You can find it in the skincare section at CVS & it actually has benefits for your skin, unlike most other American bbs.

For primer, if money isn't an issue, I would get the Hourglass Veil mineral primer. it's probably the most amazing thing I've ever bought. a more affordable, but still good primer are Hard Candy primers. you just need to let them set for about 5mins before applying your foundation.
I don't use BB cream so I can't recommend you any :c

Elf has a good primer in my opinion! And it's like $3! Works nice for me.
