Dry hair solutions please?

I've got not-so-fine-not-so-coarse hair and it's always dry, although it doesn't really look dry here. I need tips. Like any shampoo or conditioner or leave on treatment you recommend. I currently use L'oreal anti hair fall shampoo and conditioner and vatika coconut oil which smells great. Please help, thank you.

How often do you use the coconut oil? I have not had a haircut for 3 years and coconut oil does wonders for me when I use it every other day, every 3 days. I put my hair in a low ponytail and warm up the oil, dip my ponytail in the oil until it is all absorbed, let it sit for 20 minutes. then I use conditioner on the coconut oil and then shampoo and condition like regular. that may be a bit much but I find that works for me dry hair amazingly.
