You have to stop biting them first, but I would invest in a cuticle cream! I like burts bees cuticle cream. also, maybe you wouldn't bite if you had the taste of the cream on your cuticles.

To get rid of the swelling and redness put neosporin on them with a band aid before bed. when you wake up in the morning they'll already feel a little better. do it every night until they are healed up. then make sure you moisturize your hands and use a cuticle cream or oil. I personally enjoy solor oil by CND. also remember to push back your cuticles ts easiest after you've showered or done dishes, the warm water softens them making it easier to gently push them back. I don't suggest pushing them back until you've healed the swelling and redness up as you will just hurt yourself more by pushing on already sore cuticles.
