Soft, weak nails :((

I've been trying to grow out my nails and stop biting them but every time they get to a decent length, they get all soft and start bending. Sometimes they even start to chip. Any at-home treatments to strengthen them ?

Drink lots of water n stay away from water like when washing the dishes wear gloves. Eating foods with lots of good vitamins n minerals and dairy products helped me a lot! Well hoped that helps!

This will smell and taste bad for awhile but it works amazing! Seriously consider doing this because Im 99.9% sure it'll work: Garlic, take a little piece and rub it on the nail all over especially the tips. (:

I had the same problem. Try a nail hardener, my fave is Sally Hansen's hard as nails or diamond strength. Hard as hoof is my fave cuticle cream, you can find it at Walmart.
