To get it completely off you can exfoliate with aluffa (how ever you spell that) and body wash or rub some alcohol on it. if you just want to fade a little to make it more even you can use some makeup remover wipes.

Heat. Use hot water and soak your hands in it for a bit then scrub with a salt scrub (salt oil and lemon juice) and scrub scrub scrub till it's gone then moisturize well.
