unzipped is a great palette I agree just be aware it is a little on the purpley/mauve side so if you don't mind that its a great pick. as is the Lorac pro palette & too faced matte, naked, naked at night etc

I have the Naked 2 palette by Urban decay, but it's quite cool toned (which is good for my fair skin) I think the first Naked palette would be better for your skin since it has more warm tones in it :) great quality too

Sonia Kashuk Neutral Palette & Lorac's Pro Palette are great buys. Also I would suggest UD's Naked palettes but only if you're really into shimmer :)
