I agree with Neblina as for using a card. Because if the total is $8.54 for example I'll hand over a ten and not use the change (coins, not dollars). Where as on my card it will deduct the amount and use every single bit of change vs pennies and dimes just sitting in my wallet, you see what I'm saying?? Anyways, I use to spend a ridiculous amount on makeup just based on the packaging, etc. but now I don't buy anything without looking at reviews first (makeupalley is great for makeup, skin, hair products). Look for coupons or discounts before buying, also look on ebay or amazon first (bewares of knockoff's though...). Set aside a monthly budget specifically for beauty products and clothes. Or you could set aside a certain amount of money each month and after a few months you will have a 'beauty fund'. Its hard to control but really think about how long will you wear those shoes, or what will it go with so you can wear multiple times a day. Its hard but its all about control lol
