Gel is way easier but Don't last as long.

Acrylic. It last so much longer than gel. I have them paint the whole nail or just tips. I never have to worry about chipping them.

Gel. looks more natural, don't have the horrible smell and there is nothing wrong with how long they last. I can wear mine for a month before I have to go back to my nail lady.

Gel! I had gel nails done before (natural nails) and the nail polish lasted on my nails for over two months!

I was too lazy to pay to take them off so I would just cut my nails w/ gel polish still on them haha (thankfully the polish remaining was clear glitter LOL.)
