Curl your lashes and Apply mascara
on top of that apply some baby powder with your finger...then another coat of mascara over the powder and Voila!! Instant fuller looking lashes with lots of volume :) 👍

It works really well, too :) just make sure you apply the powder with a light touch or it could clump. I like this tip much better than the other one, I'm so sorry to have been one of a few people to burst your bubble about that!

Literally no oil, that's the point :) this is a tip to help get longer looking lashes; previously she had posted something stating that oils work to lengthen your lashes, which is incorrect. I apologize for bringing it up
