Good for underarm, legs, arms but I don't know if its safe to use for facial hair because the face is a very sensitive area.

My mom had been using epilators on her arms and legs for like 10 years and I noticed she had a lot of ingrown hair.

They were huge and puss filled, the epilators don't remove the hair properly or evenly, once she shifted to waxing its all gone now. I would say invest on a hard wax kit, they are painless and specifically meant for very sensitive areas, they will never cause ingrown hair or increase hair growth, just don't over do it.

Honestly, I'd buy a home laser or go get laser treatment. If these hairs are bothering you that much, it makes a lot of sense. It's the only thing that will painlessly work to remove the hair and prevent it from coming back at all in the future. You can buy your own home laser (and then laser your legs, arms, whatever, because at least you have the laser), or you can go see a specialist that can do the same thing (which would be more expensive but possibly better results.)

Continue to wax or just bleach the hairs until they blend into your skin. I have the same thing and bleach routinely

@Ammara I have a beautysalon and if you don't want to laser the hairs (not fully painless btw), I recommand to keep waxing them. That is the most effective and save way to remove them. Another option (I don't know if you guys have it over there) is to remove it with a wire, people from Afghanistan, India etc.use this technique.

@Ammara, you can see it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yv7pXsBOOP4. That's the issue of us living far from each other. If you lived by you could come to my salon ;)
