#1 looks like a powder brush
#3 is a fan brush, you can use it for powder, highlighting, and clearing fallout
#4, 5, 7 and 8
Look like shadow brushes
#6 looks like an angled eyeliner brush for gel/cake liner or wet eyeshadows :)
Someone else probably knows better than I do, though.

#4 large shader brush for eyeshadow on the lid
#5 small shader brush could be used for applying a highlight to your brown one or crease
#6 angled brush could use for eyebrows or eyeliner
#7 smudge brush to smudge your eyeliner or eyeshadow
Then the last on is for your eyebrows to groom them

Yeah honestly with makeup you should use your imagination and what your comfortable using I've seen a YouTube guru use an eyeshadow blending brush for highlighting their nose so it's up to you honestly and not all brushes are necessary
