I recommend Lime Crime! they are a tad expensive but worth it. they smell good, have a nice formula, and are vegan. I wouldn't recommend using colored eyeliners on your lips because some of the pigments used in them aren't safe for eyes. Hope I helped. :)

I have never tried them, but Lime Crime has some crazy colored lipsticks. I have heard great reviews about them. They are $18 each, but that is on the low end for non-drugstore lipsticks.
