Use the color theory! To make your blue eyes stand out, try copper colors, burgundies! And a smokey eye would defiantly be beautiful!

Isabel beat me to the punch! I also find that people with blue eyes tend to have little specks of gold hidden in there, so I would recommend using golds to help make them stand out. Perhaps try a smokey eye with a hint of gold on the inner part of your lower lash line?

I have blue eyes & I find, when it comes to shadow, that going with brown/coppers - colours in that range - they really make my eyes stand out. brown smokey eyes are gorgeous with blue eyes! it's all about colour theory, like Isabel said (:
when it comes to eyeliner, white/nude is probably your best friend. it makes the eye look bigger & more open. it also helps you look more awake :p I like putting black on my upper waterline because it makes the lashes look longer & thicker. brown is also a great eyeliner colour, especially for blue eyed women.
