Which of these two offer a better foundation? (for semi-oily and somewhat acne-prone skin)

Sounds like you have combination skin like me. I've had the best experience with bareminerals. Clinique was too harsh for my skin and actually gave me cystic acne. Best advice is to get samples of both and see what is a great fit for you.
