I don't know specifics, but this looks like foundation, a bit of highlighting on the nose, forehead and under the eyes, a bit of contouring on the nose, some dark peachy blush, a pale pink lipstick and a bit of clear lipgloss in the center. For the eyes, looks like black liner, a touch of pale, matte taupe shadow, and flared out false lashes.

And like I said I really don't have specifics, it's all about what works for you and your skin. It's hard to suggest products with no knowledge of your skin type. However, I will say that in terms of eyeliner you should try Kat Von D's Tattoo liner, it's very black and has a pen applicator which makes it much easier to use.
