What do you usually do? Try a new lip colour, or new eyeshadow techniques...maybe wear different eyeliner I don't know it depends!

Neutral eyes and then a nice bright lipstick to brighten your eyes, works a charm.

I think you would look nice with some blush and a pink lipstick, for eyeshadow you can try different colors out and see what you like! :-)

Your eyes look a little red is it because of the makeup? I suggest using golds or browns on your eyelids since you have dark hair and dark eyes as for face makeup you have beautiful flawless skin just had some blush to make them a little rosy but don't over do it and contour your face a little bit with some bronzer as for lips try something a little different I recommend tinted lip balms they are amazing and great for beginners

You look really similar to Michelle Phan, in my opinion. Try watching some of her videos and try to recreate the look!
