My nails are terribly damaged from my acrylic nails! does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them healthy & pretty again? thank you!

You can file down the left over glue, get a 4 step buffer (: that should smooth them down. And then buy a strengthening nail polish from Sally's and anywhere. That's where I got mine! (: it comes out clear, but in the bottle it's purplish clear (: hope this helped!

And the 4 step buffer buffs, smooths, and really makes them shiny and new again! But they will be really worn down from the acrylic. But it should do the trick!
