Find a good face wash for oily skin at any store you can always use eye primer before putting on eye makeup to help with the smudging

Try a primer for your eyelids. Urban Decay primer potion is what I have been using for years and I love it. You could also try a setting spray like Urban Decay's De-Slick to help manage oil. You're supposed to spray it before foundation and again after, but if you don't wear face makeup just spray it on as needed. You can also try oil blotting sheets, an oil control powder or an oil-control moisturizer. I love the one from Philosophy's acne line. It never dries my skin out but helps with oil so much.
