I think your eyebrows may be a little too dark to pull off blonde maybe you could try blonde highlights or ombre.

I've been blonde but went back to brown super fast and it looked alright but the brown was better and we are basically the same tone.

Rita Ora is a lot paler than her tho. I think that your darker skin with super light hair and dark eyebrows would be too much. So I think you should also lighten your brows

I think a rich dirty blonde (a brownish ashy blonde)
or a golden blonde (think Mariah or bey)
your olive like tone and big brown eyes would look beautiful with any color!
And bleaching your brows is soooo not necessary, my brows have always been extremely dark even with my natural color.
but I've always been a fan of dark brows with light hair, I'm not exactly trying to pull this color off as natural ;)

Yaz I agree with carolyn on the brownish ashy blonde because if you go woth gold or even natural your base is dark and it will get orange on you. Ash won't get orange on you.
