Lip scrubs! they have been my lifesaver this winter. and you don't even have to go out to buy one (if you do I recommend lush's) you can make your own, just mix olive oil and sugar together! apply that, and before bed try a good lip balm. for high end totally sugar lips, they work amazing. and low end eos and baby lips work good!
