If I curl my hair what is a good heat protectant to use? I have CHI silk infusion..is that a heat protectant because I'm not sure.

Tressemme Heat Tamer, John Freida Full Repair Protector spray and It's a 10 Leave in Plus Keratin are all great. The only thing is that you need to be careful with the last one because if you get too much on your roots it can make your hair look super greasy.
