What's better pencil or shadow ? What eyebrow brush do you recommend ? What colors for black hair ? Helpppp

I actually use both. I first outline my brows with a dark brown pencil with a very light hand. Then I use a dark brown shadow to fill them in & of course I use my brow brush to blend everything out.
