So tonight I was going to wear a blue tunic with denim like leggings and some boots. what kind of makeup should I do?

Smokey eyes with black liquid eyeliner and mascara. With a light pink blush a little bit highlighter and finish your look with a nude lipgloss ;)

Keep the eyes a somewhat neutral and either wear a bright lip or thick liner :)
