For me it is, but that might be my mind playing tricks on me lol. I feel like it sort of gets used to the ingredi?nts or something? but I don't know

If you have shampoo with ingrediences especially for very oily hair or dandruff your skin can get used of the ingredience and the shampoo isn't working 100% anymore. You need to switch shampoo to one with other ingredience which will help you. But it isn't necessary for everyone, it's all about your skin :)

Nope I use pantene and it helps my hair so much with softness and split ends that is so not true.

I've heard that but I change shampoos a lot and it doesn't make a difference if I've used on for months or if I get new ones.
