Okay ladies & fellas
I need advice from the beauty community!
Lately my hair has been falling out.
Like literally falling from my scalp every time I wash my hair in the shower. 😣
Only thing I haven't started anything new but I have been using the Aussie Hairspray a lot lately.
Is there anything I can do/use to help my hair grow back and stop it from falling??
I'm going to stop using the hairspray.
Please help guys! ):

My hair has been falling out too due to depression and anxiety problems. But lately I've been using Head and shoulders with almond oil and believe it or not it has made a difference! plus it leaves my hair shiny and soft and its very cheap. I also recommend taking daily vitamins. (:

I have the same exact problem! doctor recommend me to cut my hair shorter, and no way I was going to allow that, so I just started to use pantene shampoo instead of tresme because tresme is really bad for my hair, and panten is the best.. also I keep MY hair up in buns, or up in pony tail it really helps

@Mariam I have my hair in bun mostly now cause I'm lazy but I have so many flyaways and hair that are growing back from my hair loss so I started using more hairspray.

Try massaging your scalp when you wash it n use volumizing mousse. itll make your hair seem thicker n stimulate hair growth.

Yeah. They sell some vitamins called Ultra Woman daily multi vitamin at The vitamin Shop. Those are specifically for nails, hair and skin. Theyre like $15.

Yvonne- DO NOT use pantene. In fact, research before you buy shampoo. You want sulfate free. Pantene is full of waxes that weigh the hair down, thus resulting in more fall out. Most drug store shampoo's are filled with sulfates because they are cheap detergents, however, they strip your hair. Loreal EverPure is a line at the drug store that's sulfate free, but like I suggested, research others :]
Don't pull your hair back in tight ponytails or buns. Keep it as lose as possible.
And like some others said, if it's a ton, just ask your doctor. There are many health related things like stress that can really effect your hair. If it's more than 100 strands in a day, that's what to talk to the doctor about. One of my clients had a immune system issue and her hair started coming out in patches, but she asked her doctor and problem solved! Hope this helps some!

Don't use Aussie or any drugstore stuff. Go to supper supplements and get the desert sun organic coconut shampoo and conditioner. It's literally THE BOMB!!

Make sure you eat right, drink plenty water and sleep well! Also, don't stress out! I recommend using a nice treatment too, like massaging pro naturals argan oil in your scalp, that's what I use.
