Best Base Coat?

I'm currently using a Seche base coat and I like it but I'm curious to know if there's others out there that are better. I'm looking for one that nail polish can adhere to effectively. Thanks!

I've heard mixed reviews about Orly's Bonder but it works for me.

I have a Jessica base coat I got in a set at TJ Maxx called Coat of Armor. I didnt use it at first cause I had the Orly Bonder but it ran out and I was suprised at how well it worked. The best part is the set of four polishes were only $6. :))
