I'm a dancer and I really want to get more flexible in my legs and get a split do you know any good tutorials on YouTube or things you do everyday for flexibility?

When I was in cheerleading, we just got down in our splits as best as we could and held it for a while. eventually you'll get it

Stretch at least an hour a day, I stretch as often as possible during the most random times. I'll drop into my middle splits when I'm doing homework and sit there, or when I'm watching tv. I also sit in frog position when I'm eating hahaha, just find as much time as possible to stretch! I suggest following an instagram dedicated to cheer or stretching because they're so useful for finding new stretches and properly grabbing them aswell
