Smokey eye, what do you think? Technique down, or more practice needed? Constructive criticism needed!

So I've only done two true/semi true smokey eyes before this, and the last time it came out pretty good. What do you think about this one? Honesty and criticism needed!

Add some highlight, clean up the under eye area and out v... and you're good to go love!! ☺

I think you should add a little more in your crease the part that's closer to your lid also try an inner corner highlight or nude or white eyeliner to keep from looking too dark

You know what I failed, I didn't take my time, and I did too much! I'm going to start over and redo it more slowly, because I really screwed up!

Honestly I think it looks great. I do agree about the highlight, but I think that the outer corner is sort of original, in the realm of smokey eyes, so I'm a fan :)

One last thing though, I can't tell if it's just the picture but your eyeliner looks like it doesn't quite hit your lash line. I'd fix that too, but I can't tell if it's the camera or not. Just towards the outer corner of your eye. Or am I going crazy?

I did see that Jacqueline recommended him which is great because the techniques are most likely correct ♥
I did find it easier to start with the lightest colors first... I think you asked on my picture what eye pencil I used.. I'm not sure if I answered but I used a matte black eyeshadow from urban decay on my lid.. afterwards when I was done I kind of patted it on again to give it that intensity and for my waterline I used UD perversion black pencil eyeliner☺

I love it! but one piece of advice--smoke out the outer edge just a bit more. :) awesome job!!
