I don't upload many pics of the make up I do but I do it a lot and many ppl have been noticing , my cousin who works it photography told me ineed to get started on making a portfolio.. what kind of things should iput in it , if you have examples of any please show me.

I'm not a makeup artist, by any stretch, but I'd try to pick photographs that you feel are A, good examples of your abilities (ie, you feel that this picture shows that you can flawlessly blend foundation, that one shows that you know how to do a perfect technical smokey eye, etc.) and B, show a range of looks. Colors, neutrals, lipstick shades, etc. that's what I'd try to do. Make sure they're good quality photographs, and the model also looks great (because if she doesn't that'll reflect poorly on your skills).

I agree with Hannah 100%. You also want to Anne sure you incorporate black and white photos in your port. This exposure verifies you are able to do make up that can even register in non-color mediums. Doing make up for black and white photos requires a different technique and discipline, demonstrating versatility to the client.
