For those, I normally use my middle finger, swirl it around and then tap lightly onto my cheeks. Then I use my first two fingers to blend it in a patting/circular motion. Does that make sense? It's not difficult :)

I do it one of two ways I use my fingers or a stippling brush.

I apply cream blush a bit different, I saw on a YouTube video to use one of those flat kind of foundation brushes ( hopefully you know what ones I'm talking about) but they aren't stippling brushes or a flat top kabuki, and you tap the brush on the blush until you have enough product on the brush and then tap the brush on and off into your cheeks where you want the product to show :) I usually start at the apples of my cheeks but a little bit higher and blend it out

I use a small stippling brush. Elf has a good one for $3. Sigma also has a smaller one.
