Would a green cover stick be good to cover bags under my eyes along with a mineral powder . And I am super pale FYI

Green neutralizes red tones so it would work for covering a blemish but not so much for under eye bags. If the bags under your eyes are purpleish in color a yellow concealer should work.

If you have an eye shadow with yellow undertones that matches your skin tone you could try that. I dont think it would work very well but it is worth a shot. Although i do think that the brand New York Color has really cheap (like $1-$3) concealer sticks if you wanted to try those. I used to use the light skin toned one and it worked well for me.
