I'm also very pale and have blue eyes. I prefer earthy tones because black can be a bit too harsh sometimes for us fair skinned ladies. if you feel like going crazy, try orange! it will really make your eyes pop.

Pinkish colors. I suggest you get the
naked 3 pallet. all the colors in there are different variations of rose and it sounds like they would look great on you!

Rosey peachy tones and bright light shimmery blues. Of course you can also do a basic matte eye, just don't make it too dark.
